She is survived by: her mother Rachel Martin; her husband Richard Johnson of Utica; her sons, Michael Martin of Bay City, MI and Douglas Johnson (Lauren) of North Glenn, CO; her grandchildren, Zachary James Lamica and Hayden Victoria-Ann Johnson; and her sister Jolene Caldwell of Thorndale, TX. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
