He is survived by: his sister Sara Jane Blubaugh; his daughters, Brenda Billings, Baretta Schmeissner (Chris), Barb Murphree Valley Falls (David), Jamie Billings of Mission, KS and Jeanie Frakes (Rick); his grandchildren, James Hicks (Jenny), Lisa Hicks, Leah Jimerson (Elijah), Andrea Manuel (Da'Von), Noah Schmeissner, Miles Murphree, Cole Murphree, Tyler Dismang, Tiffany Dismang, Jessie Frakes (A. J.), Wilder Frakes, Rachel VanHoutan (Dalton) and John Frakes; and his great grandchildren, Judah, Laniyah, Aviannah, Everette and Mazie.
