He is survived by: his wife Melody Bloom; his sister Rheta Matson (Tom) of Vermillion; and his siblings-in-law, Michele Bloom of Wetmore, Marsha Motto (Rob) of Wetmore, Jerry Bloom of Emporia and Jim Bloom (Alane) of Wetmore.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Lauer Funeral Home (212 S 4th St, Seneca, KS 66538). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. James Catholic Church (306 5th St, Wetmore, KS 66550).
