He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Neises and Marilou Neises (Pauly); and his sister Sheila Ricke. He is survived by: his spouse Cherri Maus; his children, Kati Thul (Tracy), Becky Hopper (Adrian), Sarah Patterson (Tony) and Randy Neises Jr.; and his grandchildren, Caden, Tatum, Ellison, Colby Thul, Jacob, Mason, Brody Hopper, Sloane and Quinn Patterson.

A rosary will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 7:00 PM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. John's Clonmel (18630 W 71st St S, Viola, KS 67149). A burial will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the League 42 Foundation or the American Diabetes Association.
