It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence Charles Pfeifer (Wakeeney, Kansas), who passed away on June 25, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Pfeifer and Catherine Pfeifer (Dinkel); and his siblings, Albert Pfeifer, Alvin Pfeifer, Allen Pfeifer, Helen Zimmerman and Pauline Zerr.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma Zerr; his children, Arnold Pfeifer of Englewood, CO, Jeanetta McDonald of Hays, KS, Randall Pfeifer (Michelle) of Hill City, KS, Leon Pfeifer (Beverly) of Hays, Terry Pfeifer of Prague, OK and Norman Pfeifer (Renee) of Littleton, CO.; his grandchildren, Michael McDonald (Julie), Tyler McDonald, Bre Patton (Jeff), Ryan Pfeifer (Kristen), Marcus Pfeifer (Anissa), Eric Pfeifer (Kiley), Stephanie Black (Kevin), Adam Pfeifer (Brooke), Kyle Pfeifer (Baylee), Timothy Pfeifer and Derek Pfeifer; his siblings, Lloyd Pfeifer (Linda), Caroline Flax and Catherine Heier (Felix); and his sisters-in-law, Anna Pfeifer, Alfreda Pfeifer and Rosalie Pfeifer. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
