She was predeceased by : her parents, Otto Leonard and Pearl "Ruth" Zahn (Kilpatrick); her husband Raymond Hazuka; her siblings, Leonard Zahn, Frederick Zahn, Bessie Mae King and Louise Strecker; and her granddaughters, Morgan Jean Harley and Merlynna Rae Harley.

She is survived by : her children, Mary Seltmann (Ronnie) of Liberty, MO, Dorothy Leiker (Troy) of WaKeeney, KS and Jim Hazuka (Anita) of Hoisington, KS; her grandchildren, Tyler Seltmann, Jessica Werth (Ryan), Stephanie Wright (James), Elizabeth McCurdy (Michael) and Raymond James Nathan Hazuka (Jennifer); and her brother Raymond Zahn of WaKeeney, KS..
