She is survived by : her children, Mary Seltmann (Ronnie) of Liberty, MO, Dorothy Leiker (Troy) of WaKeeney, KS and Jim Hazuka (Anita) of Hoisington, KS; her grandchildren, Tyler Seltmann, Jessica Werth (Ryan), Stephanie Wright (James), Elizabeth McCurdy (Michael) and Raymond James Nathan Hazuka (Jennifer); and her brother Raymond Zahn of WaKeeney, KS..

The family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to the Trego County-Lemke Memorial Long Term Care.
