She is survived by : her siblings, Tami Lynne Pruett (Lloyd), Michael Shawn and Sandra Amato; her children, Douglas Lee Allen, Lynette Marie Allen, James Joseph Hack, Jr. and Sasha Ann Hack; her significant other Mitchell Lee Schwien; her sons, Jason (Jennifer), Joshua (Jacob) and Schwien (Mitzi); her grandchildren, Benjamin, David, Nolan, Adrian, Ahnalee, Lydia and Gabriel; and also, Torri, Michelle and Mitzi.
