She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Cleo Wilson and Evaleen Wilson (Bostwick); her friend Carmond "Bud" McCoy; her husband Bud of El Dorado; her children, Darla Deaton (Steve) of El Dorado, Marcy DeWitt (Darin) of Oklahoma City and Thad McCoy (Erika) of El Dorado; her sister Geraldine; her grandchildren, Derek Deaton (Emily) of El Dorado, Mallory Goodrich (Tyler) of El Dorado, Shyanna of Oklahoma City, Shelbie DeWitt of Oklahoma City, Aaron Sheeley of El Dorado, Chris of El Dorado, Drew of El Dorado and Caleb McCoy of El Dorado; her great grandchildren, Owen, Kaidence, Brett, Carson, Reece Goodrich, Adrik, Heidi and Julian Deaton; her sister Marilyn; her daughter-in-law Regina McCoy (Sheeley); and her brother-in-law Don Evans. She was also cherished by one niece, two nephews.
Her family appreciates the care Claudia received at Homestead Assisted Living Memory Care Unit and would like memorial contributions in her name to be directed to them at 1650 E. 12th Ave, El Dorado, Kansas 67042.
