He is survived by: his children, Vickie Kotyluk (Richard) of Bend, OR, Julie Grunz (Terry) of Salina, KS and Ross Louk (Tina) of St. George, KS.; and his grandchildren, Aaron Kotyluk (Carissa), Stephanie Funnamark (Patrick), Chris Grunz (Rebekah), Melisa Sheet (Patrick), Richard Louk, Beth Laning (Ray), Sarah Nutter and Stephanie Neumann (Justin). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
