She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Howard and Elda Knox Howard; and her sister Reva Coash. She is survived by: her significant other Ronald Watson; her children, Troy Anderson and Vicky Spurlock (Dan); her sisters, Javine Bertrand (Larry) of Minneapolis, KS and Donna Hamel; and her grandchildren, Liz, Matt and Callie. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
