With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Allen Spiker of Wamego, Kansas, born in Atchison, Kansas, who passed away on July 26, 2023 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Ivan Robert and Ruth Anne Spiker (Shear); and his stepbrother John Murphy. He is survived by : his children, Michael and Katherine; his wife Denise Spiker of Wamego, KS; his children, Tabitha LeSage (Frank) and Nick Spiker (Valerie) of Wamego, KS; his grandchildren, Michael Van Leeuwen (Brittney), Katherine, Gracie, Dave and Van Leeuwen of Manhattan, KS; and his sisters, Pat Fundom (Lowell) of Platte City, MO and Elizabeth Alvarez (Elias) of Hurst, TX. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren.
