She was predeceased by: her parents, Burt H. Adams and Emily Adams (Shorter); her husband Hoke Edward Crumpler; her daughter Daphene Crumpler; and her sisters, Hazel, Marion, Fran and Alberta.
She is survived by: her children, Leroy Crumpler (Barbara) of Independence, MO and Nanette Willette (Bob) of Wamego; and her grandchildren, Charmain Purvis, Amber Purvis (Michael Smalley), Burt Crumpler, Serena Crumpler, Christopher Willette (Colleen) and Laurie Willette. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
