She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Johnson and Dossie Johnson (Tinsley); and her siblings, Emma Johnson, Donald Johnson and Vernon Johnson.

She is survived by: her children, Kathryn Reed, Harry S. Cook of Wamego, KS and William Cook (Della) of Wamego, KS; her grandsons, Michael Reed (Courtney) of Wamego, KS and Adam Reed of Wamego, KS; her great grandchildren, Lexi, Lex, Symphony, Abby and Willow; and her brother Robert Johnson of McFarland, KS. She is also survived by relatives and friends.

They suggest memorial contributions to Wamego Hospital Foundation or Wamego Community Foundation for the annual fireworks show.
