She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Holstein and Hertha Holstein (Neumann); her siblings, Urte Regina and Ulrich Karl; her husband Norbert; her grandson Russell Arand; and her son-in-law Ron Arand.
She is survived by: her children, Silke Arand and Bernard Straub (Brenda); her grandchildren, Christopher Arand, Scott Arand, Robert Arand (Sherry), Eric Straub, John Straub and Nichole Dreiling (Phil); and her great grandchildren, J. D., Piper, Axle, Margo, Greta, Sybil, Zayne, Savannah and Austin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Campanella & Stewart Funeral Home (4370 Salzer Rd, Wamego, KS 66547). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church (17535 Say Rd, Wamego, KS 66547).
