She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland and Chloe (Walters); her husband Floyd D. Sorrick; her brothers, David (Janice), Riesen and V. Lyle (Suzette); her brother-in-law Jerry Sorrick (Dee); and her son-in-law Stan Newby.
She is survived by: her children, Brad Sorrick (Debi), Cindy Sorrick (Alan Parker) and Linda Newby; her grandchildren, Jacob Newby (Charley Daniel), Bryant Newby (Jenn), Megan Sorrick and Drew Sorrick (Elora); and her great grandchildren, Lainey and Kinsley Newby.
A memorial fund has been established to KSDS Assistance Dogs, Inc. or First United Methodist Church in Washington.
