She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Amack and Erma Pauline Amack (Reed); her husband Gary Portenier; and her brother Garth Amack. She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Sheely (Gary Dean) of Sapulpa, OK, Dennis (Angie) and Kevin Portenier (Sherri) of Lakewood, CO; her brothers, Gerry Amack (Penny) and Phil Amack (Cheri); and her grandchildren, Kenton Sheely, Dillon Sheely, Levi Portenier, Karly Holshue (Ryan), Skylar Portenier and Sarah Portenier.
A memorial fund has been established in her name and will be designated later.
