It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Karen Peterson of Waterville, Kansas, who passed away on April 22, 2026, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Easton and Marjorie Easton (Gellenger); and her daughter Dalayna Mohl. She is survived by: her husband Gayle Peterson of Waterville; her sons, Shawn Diederich (Jacki) and Justin Diederich (Cari); her stepchildren, James Peterson, Dalelee of Marysville, Michael Peterson, Shylah of Washington, Jean Tate of Marysville, Laura Kruse and Peter of Marysville; her sister Barb Rogge (Kent); and her grandchildren, Jarrett Diederich, Aleah Mohl, Quinton Mohl, Hunter Diederich and Elizabeth Diederich. She is also survived by nine step grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Karen Peterson Memorial Fund, to be designated at a later date, and left in care of the Christie-Anderes Funeral Home, PO Box 61, Waterville, Kansas 66548.
