With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Rogers (Waterville, Kansas), who passed away on July 20, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Thelma Vail and Ralph Rexford Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Karen Terrel Rogers of Manhattan; his daughters, Kelli Rogers of Oklahoma and Kristy McKee (Jud) of California; his grandson Michael McKee of California; his brother Charles Rogers (late Norma); his nephew Jon Rogers; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Miriam and Mackenzie of Overland Park; his nephew Greg Tomberlin of California; his nieces, Nancy Davis (Scott) of Massachusetts and Julie Ramos (Dan) of California; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Patrick Ramos (Erika), Matthew Ramos (Courtney) of California and Courtney McLoughlin (Kellen) of Colorado.
The family encourages donations to the Kansas State University Foundation, Hale Library Concert Series, or a charity of your choice in his honor.
