He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick Sr. Theis and Millie Theis (Christian); and his sister Peggy Stanton. He is survived by: his daughters, Shelbe King (Danny) and Miranda Coleman (Chase); his stepchildren, Angela Stover (Blair), Timothy Shellenberger (Jessica) and Jeremy Shellenberger; his grandchildren, Millie Mayfield (Lane), Kohlbe King (Holly), Oaklynn and Kingsley Coleman; his stepgrandchildren, Amorie, Crewe Stover, Hunter, Trent, Alyssa Shellenberger, Solomon, Kylee and Blaine Shellenberger; and his great grandchild Jarrett Mayfield.
