She was predeceased by: her parents, William R. Talkington and Blanche Howe Talkington; her husband Jay A. Herring; her brother Charles William Talkington; her daughter-in-law Billee Herring; and her granddaughter Christie Lynn Herring.
She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, June Ashley and Nelda MacMillan. She is also survived by Six sisters in laws and many brothers in laws nieces and nephews.
