She was predeceased by: her parents, Stokley Hayes and El Nora Fattig (Taylor); her husband Ronald Lynn Hootman (Hootie); her daughter Barbara Loins; and her brother Michael Fattig.
She is survived by: her children, Shaina Wright and Lee J Loins; and her siblings, Kathy Madinger, Larry Henry, Mickey Henry, Duke Fattig and Robbie Fattig. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
