He is survived by: his brothers, Don Meng (Betty) of Wathena, KS and Jerry Meng (Susan) of McPherson, KS; his sister-in-law Pat Masters (Terry) of Wyoming; his children, Brenda Ward of Sabetha, KS and Doug Meng of Troy, KS; his grandchildren, Garrett Meng, Alyssa Schmille of Troy, KS, Daniel, Tanna Kuhnert (Meng) of Denton, KS, Riley, Kassi Peters (Meng) of Vermillion, SD, Dakota Ward, Diana Gomez of Liberal, KS and Kyler Ward of Belgrade, MT; and his great grandchildren, Layla, Will, Harlen, Jamison Kuhnert, Maleah and Noah Ward.
Memorials can be made to the Christ Lutheran Church, or Wathena or Troy Fire Department.
