With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen Thomas Holdenried Sr. of Wathena, Kansas, who passed away on December 23, 2022 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Holdenried and Mary Holdenried (Dean); his wife Regina Marie Bottini; his son-in-law Donald Joseph Guss; his siblings, Raymond Holdenried, Jr. and Carol Ann Eagle; and his sister-in-law Jane Bottini.

He is survived by : his children, Angela Renee Guss of St. Joseph, Renee Anne Turpin (Christopher) of Conception Junction, Stephen Thomas Holdenried, Jr. of Lancaster and Gina Marie Hillenbrand of Gulf Shores, Alabama; his grandchildren, Margaret Beggs (Grant), Stephen Holdenried III, Madison Hillenbrand, Daniel Holdenried, Elizabeth Turpin, Joseph Hillenbrand, Annabelle Holdenried, Stephanie Turpin, Mikayla Holdenried and Christina Turpin; and his siblings, Pat Swoboda (Charlie), Michael Holdenried (Nancy) and Mark Holdenried (Kathy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
