He is survived by: his wife Sandra Marie Heath; his children, Kelly L McDonald and Shane Heath (Kathy); his grandchildren, Torie, Payden, Shelbie and Kylee; his son Jeffrey N Heath (Amanda); and his grandchildren, Madi, Justyn, Joslynn and Jacob.
