Gary Coon Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gary Coon of Waverly, Kansas, born in Howard, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 6, 2026 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gary Coon to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy June Coon; his sons, Gary A. Coon and Tony J. Anderson; his sister Connie Beaston; and his grandchildren, Nikki M. Belt and Jacob Coon.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene Coon; and his children, Danny R. Coon of Emporia, Julie Belt of Emporia, Todd, Angel Coon of Stillwater, Jed and Jennifer Anderson of Burlington, Kansas. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; as well as many great-grandchildren and numerous special friends.
