We announce the death of George Allen Poznich of Weir, Kansas, who passed away on June 13, 2026, at the age of 73. George will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Poznich and Juanita Poznich (Quarton); his brother Thomas Poznich; his siblings-in-law, Chuck Huffman and Rhonda Huffman; and his cousin Brian Poznich.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Poznich; his daughters, Amy Hartmann (Tim) of Scammon, KS and Sarah Renn (Jeffery) of Weir, KS; his brother Charles "Chuck" Poznich of Miami, OK; his grandchildren, Joey Hartmann (Bry), Maeleah Hartmann, George Oliver Hartmann, Blayn Renn, SaydeAna Renn, Braxtyn Renn and Aspyn Renn; and his great grandchildren, McCartney Hartmann and Daisy Hartmann.
