He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Wing and Peggy Wing (Turner); his wife Frances Kay Prewett; his daughter Sherry Arredondo; and his grandchildren, Becca Bonds and Richard Elder.
He is survived by: his daughters, Stacey Wing of Weir, Kansas and Barbara Regan of Colorado; and his siblings, Myra Wing of Weir and Bobby Wing of Ohio. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Children's Hospital in Aurora, Colorado.
