He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Rowan; and his parents, Alan D. Rowan Sr. and Violet "Micki" Rose Rowan. He is survived by: his children, Maria Cornejo (Jamie), Alan "Buck" D. Rowan III, James Rowan (Jennifer), Cryztal Martinez (Michael), Richard Rowan and Jeffery Rowan (Sharmaine); his grandchildren, Ashley, Savannah, Julian, Alexis, Zane, Marissa, Bekah, Bella and Emilia; and his siblings, Melinda Evans and Rick Rowan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
