She was predeceased by: her parents, Stewart A. Lepard and Agnes May Benjamin Lepard (Ernest); her son Erwin; her daughters-in-law, Cindy and Kathy Evans; and her grandsons, Travis and Robbie Evans. She is also survived by three sons and 13 Grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren, and two Great Great Granddaughters.

Memorial donations may be made in her memory to the Corbin Country Church or the First Baptist Church of Winfield.
