It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Blane Stevan Bissell of Wellington, Kansas, who passed away on May 3, 2023, at the age of 21, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Brian Bissell and Kristie Bissell (Whitehill) of Navarre; his siblings, Christina Sanders (Josh) of Haysville, Koty Bissell (Michael) of Missouri, Jessica Ramirez (Frankie) of Haysville, Gage Dunn of Wellington and Madison Bissell of Orlando, Florida; and his grandparents, John, Sherry Bissell of Navarre, Cliff, Judy Adams of Wichita, Marty and Wanda Whitehill of Texas. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
