He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude V. Brownlee and Vera Grace Brownlee (Winchell); his brother Don; his sons, David and Thornton; his grandsons, Matthew and Zack; and his great grandchild Blake.
He is survived by: his wife Beth Brownlee; his children, Roger Brownlee (Brenda), Kim Brownlee (Sandy), Joyce Utt (Kendall), Glenda Day, George Rayl (Tammie) and John Rayl (Pam); and his grandchildren, Mark, Mandy, Dalton, Jazmine, Jessie, Elizabeth, Devin, Justin, Adam, Brandon, Taylor, Joe, Cody, Tyler, Denise, Tonya, Brandi, Brian, Crystal, Alicia and Kristin. He is also survived by thirty six great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cornejo Funeral Home & Crematory (1030 Mission Rd, Wellington, KS 67152). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Prairie Lawn Cemetery (1400 E Harvey Ave, Wellington, KS 67152).
