She was predeceased by: her parents, John Perry and Edna Perry; her husband Paul; and her siblings, John Perry, Jim Perry and Leola Frost.

She is survived by: her children, Meda Chism, Bob Cantrell and Beverly Coleman. She is also survived by six grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
