With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cynthia McMullin (Wellington, Kansas), who passed away on September 25, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ann Diacon (Oldridge) and Leamon Caples; her stepfather Ole Holverson; and her brother Dick Holverson. She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" McMullin of Wellington, Kansas; her daughters, Jennifer Fisher (Brian) of Mansfield, Texas and Julie McMullin of Wellington, Kansas; her siblings, Brad Holverson (Maria) of Wellington, Kansas, Bob Holverson (Diane) of Claremore, Oklahoma and Renda Leith (John) of Grand Lake, Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Ross Fisher of Mansfield, Texas, Jonas McMullin of Wellington, Kansas and AnnaSophia McMullin of Wellington, Kansas..
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cornejo Funeral Home & Crematory (1030 Mission Rd, Wellington, KS 67152). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Argonia Cemetery.
Memorial contributions can be given in her name and loving memory to either the Wellington Humane Society or the Wellington Methodist Church.
