He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Holmes of Wellington, Kansas and Christopher Burden (Conita) of Wellington, Kansas; his grandchildren, Katrina, Ashley, Heather, Brendan, Dylan, Hunter, Christian, Travis, Annabelle and Emmalee; his mother Joyce Burden of Wellington, Kansas; and his siblings, Katherine Cundiff, Jackie L. Burden, II, Joyce Horsch (Richard), JoNathan Burden (Gwen) and Jeanette Rebold (Troy). He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
