He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Shapley and Anna Shapley; and his siblings, Donald Wayne and Julia Ann. He is survived by: his wife Dulcie Diane Peet; and his children, Derek, Debra (Primo) and Desiree (Rene). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and many extended family.
