He was predeceased by: his parents, Garlin Dillard and Dona Dillard; his sister Pamela Yvonne Hubbard; and his brother-in-law Donnie Hubbard. He is survived by: his wife Sherri Newcomb of Wellington, Kansas; his children, Jacob Newcomb Dillard (Shannon Coleene) of Willis, California, Brittany Dillard (Laney) of Wellington, Kansas, Emily Rose Dillard (Dylan Douglas) of Wellington, Kansas and Amanda Ines Dillard (McKayla Dillard-Nichols) of Parkerfield, KS; his grandchildren, Harmony Rose, Jaeger Matthew, Kaleb Michael and Amberlynn Roze; and his sister Christie Renee Dillard of Clearlake, California..
