She is survived by: her siblings, Ray, Roy (Anita), Carl Munson (Clarissa), Colene Berry, Jim and Neva Cook; and her children, Juanita Snowden, Ron Cook, Catherine Hutchinson, Sheryl Cook, Alesia McEachern (James), J. Steven Cook and Karen Cook Leonard.
