Jacquelyn Slack Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 27, 2025, at the age of 90, Jacquelyn Slack (Wellington, Kansas) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jacquelyn Slack to pay them a last tribute.
As we bid adieu to Jacquelyn's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Jacquelyn has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jewel Warren and Blanche Warren (Sinnett); her husband Louis Franklin Slack, Sr.; and her sisters, Frances, Jean, Bonnie and Caroline.
She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Stuart (David Wayne) of Aurora, Colorado; and her grandson Mickey Stevens of Aurora, Colorado. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cornejo Funeral Home & Crematory (1030 Mission Rd, Wellington, KS 67152).
Memorial contributions can be given in her name and loving memory to the Wellington Humane Society.
