With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joyce Allene Watts (Wellington, Kansas), born in Caldwell, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 26, 2025 at the age of 89. She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Urban and Rose Urban; her husbands, Lloyd Stover and Elvin Watts; her son Stuart Stover; her grandson Zachary Stover; her siblings, Mildred Urban and Ervin Urban; and her sister-in-law Oraleen Urban.
She is survived by: her children, Jeanette Crisler (Kent), Diane Lizarraga (Michael), Lloyd Stover, Cindy Bauer (Michael) and Aron Watts (Sharity); her grandchildren, Hilary Murphy, Megan Kane, Jesse Crisler, Seth Crisler, Gracie Crisler, Tyler Stover, Sara Davison, Austin Norton, Adam Stover, Nolan Bauer, Andrew Bauer and Ashlyn Watts; and her sister-in-law Frances Treft. She is also survived by her 20 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
