He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrell Sr. Branning and Shirley Branning; and his sister Diane Branning. He is survived by: his wife Lori Branning of Wellington, KS; his children, Tricia Nugen (Chase) of Belton, MO, Janae Branning of Denver, CO and Jacob Branning (Sonya) of Wellington, KS; his grandchildren, Madeline Nugen, Maxwell Nugen of Belton, MO and Sullivan Williams of Denver, CO; and his siblings, Darrell Branning Jr. of Guthrie, OK, Terry Branning (Pam) of Wellington, KS, Sherri Wambolt of Wellington, KS and Ricky Branning of Wichita, KS..
His greatest pride and joy was his family, and his warmth, humor, and steadfast spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew him. It was his trust that God would take care of him that led him to not take any of the covid vaccine shots.
