He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Philip and Elaine Jo Franklin. He is survived by: his brothers, Lyle Franklin (Kristine) and Leslie Franklin (Renee); his nieces and nephews, Felecia, Joshua, Kaleb, Joy, Nathaniel, Nicholas, Noah, Nyle, Lacey, Levi and Shannon; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brentley, Baylor, Briggs, Jayden, Jexten, Shelbie, Aspen, Kaden, Sakara, Crew and Bella.
Memorials in his name may be made to Speed the Light, donations may be left in the care of the funeral home.
