He is survived by: his daughter Chelsea Re'nee O'Connor; his granddaughter Azalea Shalene Shaughnessy of Huntington Beach, CA; his daughter Megan Shalene O'Connor; his grandson Braylen Ray Tate of Wellsville; his children, Chase Wayne O'Connor of Wellsville and Hannah Danielle O'Connor of Wellsville; his parents, Charles "Chuck" O'Connor and Darlene "Gail" O'Connor (Dunham) of Wellsville; his brother Brian; his sister-in-law Angela O'Connor of Overland Park, KS; his sister Jaime; and his brother-in-law Michael Schram of Paola, KS. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
