He is survived by: his wife Darlene Gail Dunham; his son Brian; his daughter-in-law Angela O'Connor of Overland Park, KS; his daughter Jaime; and his son-in-law Michael Schram of Paola, KS. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
