It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Lee Ponder of Wellsville, Kansas, born in Lincoln, Nebraska, who passed away on January 2, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John Wallace and Virginia Marion Zeiler (Parker); and her siblings, John, Wendell, Daniel, Zoe and Christopher.

She is survived by : her husband Keith "Papa" Ponder; her son Cory; her daughter-in-law Kasey Cunningham of Wellsville; her son Dustin Cunningham of Ottawa; her grandchildren, Morgan Rae Cunningham of Wellsville and Asa Henry Cunningham of Wellsville; her siblings, Steven Zeiler (Diane) of Cape Coral, FL, Linda Zeiler, Mark Zeiler and Michael Zeiler (Melody); her daughter-in-law Benji Mitchell; her granddaughters, Malory Gretencord and Murphy "Merva Jean" Hanks; her great grandchild Colt Lee Gretencord; and her sisters-in-law, Melanie Banks of Overland Park and Alison Charlesworth (William) of Springfield, MO. She is also survived by many other children she considered her own grandchildren; and countless nieces and nephews.
