He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence J. Hochard and Anna L. Hochard (Miller); his daughter Patricia Hochard; his siblings, Rosemary Haug, Irene Donahy, Clarence, Jr. and Glen Hochard; and his granddaughter Kristen Mellenbruch.
He is survived by: his sons, John Hochard (Sharon) of Holton, KS and Michael Hochard (Amy) of Topeka, KS; his siblings, Theresa Rethman of Corning, KS, Rita Smutny of Hoyt, KS, Patricia Smith of Topeka, KS and Maurice Hochard of Topeka, KS; his grandchildren, Bryon Hochard (Roe), Chase Hochard (Britney) and Cooper Hochard; and his great grandchildren, Piper, Bruce, Blair, Maya and Lyla.
The military honors will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Wetmore Cemetery.
