He is survived by: his mother Deloris Matzke (Werth); his stepfather Alvin Matzke; his children, Kaity Ann Kirk and Brittany Emmaline Kirk; his siblings, Brenda Roach (Larry) and Bradley Kirk; and his stepsiblings, Brian Matzke (Marcie), Brent Matzke (Marcie) and Jennifer Davis (Larry). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and friends.
