She is survived by: her children, Laurie Cook (Doug) of Bartlesville, Duane Blythe (Deborah) and Susan Harris (John) of Chapman, Kansas; her grandchildren, Randii Harrold, Ryan Cook, Kara Keith, John Harris, Kristen Becker, Meghan Shriver, Allie Cather, Trenton Blythe, Tyler Blythe and Eric Blythe; her great grandchildren, Stella, Lincoln Harrold, Ava, Emersyn, Leo, Henry Keith, Sadie Harris, Belle, Brooke, Brandi Becker, Joseph Shriver, Robert Cather, Essie, Boone Blythe, Calvin and Annie Blythe; and her stepchildren, John Payne of France and Julie Ekholm (Richard) of McPherson, Kansas. She is also survived by 5 step grandchildren and 2 step great-grandchildren.
