He is survived by: his mother Gail Ann Oliver (Payne) of White City; his wife Vicky Oliver; his children, Amanda Miller (Tim), Justin Oliver and Amber Garrison (Haydn); his grandchildren, Lexie Perez (Luis), Dakota Miller (Beka), Maddison Miller, Logan Oliver, Lillyann Oliver, Elaine Azevedo, Skylar Azevedo, Zoey Azavedo and Haydn Garrison; his great grandchildren, Saphira Perez, Dalton Perez, Jasper Miller and Jaxson Miller; and his brothers, Denver Oliver (Rita) of Dwight and Steven Oliver (Kathy) of St. George. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
