He was predeceased by: his mother Evelyn M. Waugh (Bower). He is survived by: his father Donald Waugh of McCune, KS; his son Eric Waugh (Jo) of Pittsburg; his siblings, David Waugh (Brenda) of Pittsburg, KS, Larry Waugh of McCune, KS and Debra Rider (Steve) of McCune, KS; and his granddaughter Samantha Waugh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials be given to the Rett Syndrome Foundation.
