He is survived by: his children, David Smith of Coffeyville, Erin Esaw of Franklin and Shannon Smith of Pittsburg; his grandchildren, Matthew Wegner, Keenan Smith, Grace Smith, Kimara Webb, Eric Karnes, Molly Karnes and Alivia Sharp; and his sister-in-law Judy Smith.
